ECO COMPACT APC

the new complete, compact and cheap serial economizer for the RPB pilot boxes management

The ECO COMPACT APC is an economizer with built-in differential pressure gauge, able to control the “Remote Pilot Box” serial modules. It is equipped with an LCD display, through which it is possible to check in real time the differential pressure, the end cleaning and start cleaning pressure thresholds, the high pressure alarm, the DeltaP value with unit of measure, the number of the last EV shot, countdown timer with seconds before the next shot, the next EV number, current operating mode, alarm messages or System OK.

The "Remote Pilot Box" are controlled from the central unit and one after the other, until the last element of the series and then it starts again from the first one. It is possible to set a valve jump parameter for non-sequential cycles, there are also the hour counter and operating cycle counter. The ECO COMPACT APC is also able to control the absorption of each coil and, in the event of a malfunction, the economizer will skip it by selecting the next coil.

The control unit, appropriately connected to the dust meter GDM1 or SDM1 is also able to do a broken bag detection by identifying the row where the break occurred.

Optionally, the ECO COMPACT APC can be equipped with an RS-485 serial output with MODBUS RTU education protocol for data exchange with PC or PLC.

The ECO COMPACT APC can be installed in front of the electrical panel or even in a box suitable for outdoor use.
