Overview

HT-100F Series is a Float Type Level Transmitter installing on the top of tank measures liquid levels continuously. Especially, it is easy to be installed to where the space between top of tank and ceiling is narrow at the site.

Operation Principle and Composition

- A float which is manufactured according to a specific gravity of a medium moves upward or downward with a same liquid level in a tank by buoyancy and a wire which is connected to a float is wound up to wire drum by a constant spring. The rotation of wire drum is transmitted to a gear system, operates indicator pointer. A magnet which is installed on the indicator pointer activates reed switches and changes a resistant value. This resistant value is transmitted to the R/I converter and it converts the resistant value to a current signal, DC 4-20mA continuously.

Installation

Below recommendation should be considered when installation.

Product should be installed at the place far from inlet in order to avoid the malfuction.

Protection tube should be applied if there is a flow or slopping of the medium in the tank.

Bracket should be installed with the product when the installation on the concrete as per above figure.

Inner diameter("d") of tank nozzle should be larger than the outer diameter of float as per above figure.
