Giới thiệu Van điều áp ngược Mankenberg: Giải pháp kiểm soát áp suất đầu vào hàng đầu từ Đức

Mankenberg, với hơn 140 năm kinh nghiệm, là một trong những nhà sản xuất van công nghiệp hàng đầu thế giới có trụ sở tại Đức. Nổi tiếng với kỹ thuật chính xác, vật liệu cao cấp và độ bền vượt trội, Mankenberg cung cấp các giải pháp van tự động hóa cho những ứng dụng khắt khe nhất.

Trong đó, dòng sản phẩm van điều áp ngược (Back Pressure Regulator), hay còn gọi là van duy trì áp suất, là một thế mạnh của Mankenberg. Khác với van giảm áp (kiểm soát áp suất đầu ra), van điều áp ngược có nhiệm vụ duy trì và kiểm soát áp suất tại đầu vào (upstream) của van luôn ở một mức không đổi đã được cài đặt sẵn. Khi áp suất đầu vào tăng vượt mức cài đặt, van sẽ tự động mở ra để xả lưu chất đi, giúp áp suất quay trở lại giá trị mong muốn.

Các dòng van điều áp ngược (Back Pressure Regulator) chính và ứng dụng

Mankenberg phân loại các dòng van điều áp ngược của mình chủ yếu theo ký hiệu "UV" (Überströmventil). Mỗi dòng sản phẩm được thiết kế để phù hợp với các điều kiện vận hành và ngành công nghiệp khác nhau.

1. Dòng UV 3.x - Chuyên dụng cho ứng dụng Vệ sinh & Lưu lượng nhỏ

Đây là dòng van điều áp ngược được thiết kế đặc biệt cho các ngành đòi hỏi tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh cao nhất như dược phẩm và thực phẩm.

• Model tiêu biểu: UV 3.5, UV 3.8 M
• Đặc điểm nổi bật:
  • Vật liệu: Toàn bộ được làm từ thép không gỉ cao cấp (316L), được dập sâu (deep-drawn) cho bề mặt cực kỳ nhẵn bóng, dễ làm sạch.
  • Thiết kế vệ sinh (Hygienic Design): Gần như không có góc chết (dead space), ngăn ngừa vi khuẩn tích tụ.
  • Tiêu chuẩn: Vật liệu làm kín (gioăng, màng) tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn FDA và USP Class VI, phù hợp cho quy trình làm sạch tại chỗ (CIP) và khử trùng tại chỗ (SIP).

  • Kiểm soát áp suất trong hệ thống thử nghiệm (Test Benches): Duy trì áp suất không đổi để kiểm tra độ bền và hiệu suất của các thiết bị khác.
  • Hệ thống máy điện phân (Electrolyzers): Kiểm soát áp suất khí trong quá trình sản xuất hydro xanh.

3. Dòng UV 4.x - Chuyên dụng cho lưu lượng lớn và công nghiệp nặng

Đây là dòng van được thiết kế cho các đường ống có kích thước lớn và yêu cầu khả năng xả lưu lượng cao, thường thấy trong các ngành công nghiệp nặng.

• Model tiêu biểu: UV 4.5, UV 4.7
• Đặc điểm nổi bật:
  • Lưu lượng lớn (High Kvs value): Thiết kế thân van tối ưu hóa cho dòng chảy, cho phép xả một lượng lớn lưu chất một cách nhanh chóng.
  • Kết cấu chắc chắn: Thân van thường được làm bằng thép đúc (cast steel), chịu được áp suất và nhiệt độ cao.
  • Hiệu suất ổn định: Đảm bảo duy trì áp suất đầu vào ổn định ngay cả khi lưu lượng xả thay đổi lớn.
• Ứng dụng:
  • Bảo vệ các hệ thống bơm công suất lớn: Trong các nhà máy hóa chất, lọc dầu và nhà máy điện.
  • Hệ thống đường ống dẫn khí đốt và dầu mỏ: Duy trì áp suất ổn định trên các đường ống dài.
  • Ngành hàng hải và đóng tàu: Sử dụng trong các hệ thống dằn tàu (ballast) và các hệ thống chữa cháy.

4. Dòng UV 7.x / 8.x - Cho ứng dụng áp suất cực thấp (Millibar) và áp suất cực cao

Đây là các dòng van chuyên biệt, được thiết kế cho những điều kiện vận hành đặc thù.

• Model tiêu biểu: UV 7.5 (áp suất thấp), UV 8.2 (áp suất cao)
• Đặc điểm nổi bật:
  • UV 7.5: Có màng ngăn với diện tích lớn, giúp van cực kỳ nhạy với những thay đổi áp suất rất nhỏ ở dải milibar.
  • UV 8.2: Được điều khiển bằng piston thay vì màng ngăn, kết cấu hoàn toàn bằng kim loại, cho phép hoạt động ở áp suất và nhiệt độ rất cao.
• Ứng dụng:
  • UV 7.5: Dùng trong các hệ thống phủ khí trơ (tank blanketing) cho bồn chứa hóa chất hoặc thực phẩm, giúp duy trì một lớp áp suất dương nhẹ để ngăn không khí xâm nhập.
  • UV 8.2: Sử dụng trong các hệ thống thủy lực, hệ thống hơi nước áp suất cao và các ứng dụng hóa dầu.
