Đầu dò khí Oxy Model 4153 Part Number F1012013 FER Strumenti
Fer Strumenti oxygen probes model 4153, based on a zirconia cell, are designed for being used in high temperature (up to 1600°C) processes. The probes are entirely ceramic-based for the part in the process; only the electrodes are platinum-based.
The insertion in a high temperature process is an activity that must be carried out carefully with slow and uniform insertion. A too fast insertion of the probe into the hot process can cause the breaking down of the zirconia cell due to thermal shock or anyway the abbreviation of its life. The compliance of the mounting instructions may require rather long times during which the operator must remain on the plant. This equipment can guarantee a better safety and an unexceptionable mounting. The equipment works using compressed instrument air that normally reaches the probes forthe execution of the analyzer zero point. If the instrument air for the zero is not available, it is possible to use any supply of dry and clean compressed air. FER STRUMENTI S.r.l. reserves the right, without any notice, to make any modifications needed for improving the product. C-I00066 rev.1The equipment can be used in any hazardous areas because only mechanical and pneumatic components are present.
The connection to the process has been studied for probes with 4” or 3” ANSI flanges. If the probe has a different type of flange an adaptor is necessary.
Please see the drawing of the connection of the equipment to the process for further details. The equipment is provided with an eyelet for easily lifting. Two handles enable an easy positioning and centering of the probe into the hole in which it will be screwed.
