Miniature pyrometer CSmi-SF15-C1 MICRO-EPSILON

The sensors of the thermoMETER CS series are non-contact infrared temperature sensors for well-emitting objects (plastics, wood, ceramics, liquids). They measure the infrared radiation emitted by objects and use this as a basis to calculate the surface temperature.

Temperature measuring range: -40 ... 1030 ° C

Optical resolution: 15: 1

Spectral range: 8 ... 14 µm

Response time: 30 ms ... 999 s (90%) (adjustable via software / optional)

Temperature resolution: 0.15 K

System accuracy: ± 1.5% or ± 1.5 ° C (whichever is greater)

Temperature coefficient: ± 0.05 K / K or ± 0.05% / K

Signal processing: maximum, minimum value maintenance, mean value; extended hold function with threshold value and hysteresis

Ambient temperature: -20 ° C ... 120 ° C (sensor), -20 ° C ... 80 ° C (controller)

Supply: 5 ... 30 VDC

Outputs / analog: 0 ... 5 V or 0 ... 10 V

Outputs / digital: alarm output (open collector)

LED function: alarm display, automatic aiming aid, self-diagnosis, temperature display (via temp. Code)

Protection class: IP65 (NEMA-4) for the sensor head

Scope of delivery: Sensor with stainless steel housing (M12x1, length 28 mm), incl. 2 mounting nuts, 1 m sensor cable (controller integrated in the cable after 0.5 m), operating instructions
