PRO-Line và XPT-Line không phải là những sản phẩm đơn lẻ, mà là một hệ sinh thái đo lường theo dạng mô-đun (modular system) thông minh và cực kỳ linh hoạt. Cấu trúc của một bộ (set) PRO-Line/XPT-Line bao gồm 2 thành phần chính:

1. Bộ Chuyển đổi/Hiển thị Trung tâm (Transmitter / Indicator):
   • Đây là "bộ não" của hệ thống. Nó có nhiệm vụ cấp nguồn cho đầu dò, nhận tín hiệu kỹ thuật số, xử lý, hiển thị giá trị đo tại chỗ và chuyển đổi tín hiệu đó thành các định dạng tiêu chuẩn công nghiệp để kết nối với các hệ thống lớn hơn (PLC, BMS, SCADA).
   • Dòng PRO-Line: Thường là các thiết bị di động (cầm tay) hoặc để bàn, lý tưởng cho việc đo đạc, kiểm tra, hiệu chuẩn tại hiện trường.
   • Dòng XPT-Line: Là các bộ chuyển đổi tín hiệu (transmitters) được thiết kế để lắp đặt cố định trong các tủ điện hoặc trên tường, hoạt động liên tục 24/7 trong các quy trình công nghiệp.
2. Đầu dò Kỹ thuật số Thông minh (Intelligent Digital Probes):
   • Đây là các "giác quan" của hệ thống, trực tiếp đo lường các thông số vật lý của môi trường. Senseca cung cấp một danh mục đầu dò đa dạng để đo lường nhiều đại lượng khác nhau.
   • Công nghệ cốt lõi - SICRAM: Mỗi đầu dò đều được tích hợp một mô-đun điện tử SICRAM, lưu trữ thông tin nhận dạng (model, số serial) và quan trọng nhất là dữ liệu hiệu chuẩn của nhà sản xuất.

Sự kết hợp giữa hai thành phần này tạo nên một giải pháp đo lường mạnh mẽ và linh hoạt.

   • Thay vì phải dự trữ nhiều loại thiết bị đo hoàn chỉnh khác nhau, các công ty chỉ cần dự trữ các loại đầu dò cần thiết. Việc quản lý và hiệu chuẩn các đầu dò riêng lẻ cũng trở nên đơn giản hơn nhiều.

Future-proof

The PRO-Line share the same ARM technology as a state-of-the-art platform, which guarantees future variants of digital sensors and measured variables. Analogue sensors for temperature and pressure measurement are also supported.

Versatile

The PRO D0x models support up to three digital M12 connections for the digital D0x sensors. The PRO S0x models support up to two SICRAM connections for SICRAM sensors.

The Noise & Vibration Studio (NVS) software as a web app enables the connection and data upload from XPT-Line devices.
After uploading the measurement data, or parts of it if required, it can be subjected to extensive analyses and then displayed graphically. This is particularly important for long-term measurements. This software platform offers a variety of modules for thorough analyses covering important areas such as health and safety in the workplace, noise pollution, environmental noise assessment and noise control.
